Capacity, not hours ​

You are not buying a bucket of hours to burn down. You reserve a slot in my week and a line that stays open. A quiet week does not roll over to the next: what you pay for is that the capacity is there the moment you need it.

That is deliberate. Advice that only arrives when a block of hours frees up arrives too late. A reserved half-day and an open line are there when the question comes up, not three weeks later.

Build work is scoped separately ​

This offering is the standing advice and direction. Real build work, such as an automation or an AI Sprint, is a separate piece with its own scope and its own fixed price. That keeps it clear what you pay for: the advice tap stays open, and a project that comes out of it we scope on its own, with a measurable result and money back if we do not meet the agreed goal.

That way the two do not blur. The advice does not stop because a project is running, and a project does not eat into the reserved advisory time.

What it costs ​

From 4,000 euro per month. That is the floor. Where you land above it depends on how much capacity you reserve, how fast you want an answer between sessions, and how broad the mandate is.

The offering runs per month, with a notice period we agree up front. Build work sits apart from this and is scoped per project.
