What does it cost?
You fill in the intake via a short form. On that basis follows a work session at €150/hr: two hours building together on your own process, plus one hour of processing on my side. You receive a full report with one working prompt, validated against your success criteria. The exact length is agreed at the intake, and you can stop at any time. If you then want a full automation, the AI Sprint has a fixed price, guide price €6,250 depending on scope, 50% up front, and money back if we do not meet the measurable result agreed in advance. Outcome-based is also possible, for example a share of the annual saving.
How does a track unfold?
Step by step. I do not start a big project in an organisation I do not yet know: by working incrementally we get to know each other and the risk stays small. Each phase delivers a measurable result before we scale up, and human acceptance and skills are a full part of it.
How do we know it works?
I do not start a track without knowing in advance what the results should be. We agree what we measure: hours saved, output, fewer errors. No case that is concretely measurable? Then we do not start and we part ways. It has to be a win for everyone.
